Jive Blocks
Never Explain Yourself Twice
Frequently Asked Questions
Honest answers, kept short.
The Core Idea
What is Jive Blocks?+

Jive Blocks is the parent brand. It holds two distinct things under one architecture:

MyJive — the consumer constellation. The intelligent applications (SubJives) that learn you, the Butler that anticipates you, and the hub that ties them together.

The Jive Business Arms — the B2B verticals built on the same architecture. HospitalityJive launches first (hotels, restaurants, private clubs), with MedicalJive, LegalJive, FinanceJive, CivicJive, AcademicJive, and PropertyJive designed to follow. The same ephemeral-permissions engine that makes your consumer experience sovereign also makes professional service possible without surveillance.

Jive Blocks also extends to Jive Connect — the human-connection vertical (DateJive, MateJive, BeyondJive) operating as a separate subsidiary under the same first principles.

The whole architecture rests on one promise: never explain yourself twice.

What is MyJive?+

MyJive is the consumer constellation — your sovereign space inside Jive Blocks. At the center sits the Hub. Around it, connected by intelligence threads, sit the SubJives — domain-specific applications for the actual life you live.

The Hub holds your Butler intelligence, the Office Suite, onboarding videos, all Settings, and the FAQ. It's the gravitational center of the constellation — not a starting point you return to, but the always-present core that makes everything else work.

The SubJives orbit the Hub: CellarJive for your wine, TravelJive for your trips, StyleJive for your saves, DineJive for your dining intelligence, ShopJive for your shopping research, and dozens more across the layers of your life.

The point isn't that learning happens. The point is that learning compounds. A single confirmed signal — the Bordeaux winery you stopped at, the producer you saved, the vintage you bought — fires through the constellation as one event:

CellarJive logs it. TravelJive surfaces wine regions as destinations. DineJive prioritizes restaurants with strong Burgundy programs. HotelJive notes your room preference for properties near vineyards. When HospitalityJive launches, the same signal will inform participating hotels to stock the minibar accordingly when you check in.

My Jive. A life uninterrupted.

What is Butler, and what does it know about me?+

Butler is your personal AI companion — and Butler is everywhere. Every page of the constellation has Butler accessible at a single click. Open it, and a full dialog opens. Talk. Ask. Show. Butler responds with the full context of everything it has learned about you, no matter which SubJive you're standing in.

That cross-constellation reach is the point. You can be inside Jive Circles and ask Butler to pull up interest cards related to your last AskJive comparison — Butler retrieves them seamlessly. You can be in CellarJive and ask Butler what restaurants near tonight's hotel pair well with the Burgundy you just added — Butler answers from your DineJive history, your HotelJive booking, and your CellarJive palate at once. There are no walls between SubJives when Butler is the one walking through them.

Butler learns from your conversations and behavior across every SubJive — what you book, what you cellar, where you travel, what you save, what you ignore. The more you use Jive, the more accurate Butler becomes.

Butler's memory is yours. Not sold. Not shared with advertisers. Not used to train external AI systems. You can export it anytime. You can delete it anytime.

The Architecture Beneath the Constellation
What is ConciergeJive?+

ConciergeJive is the intelligent access point to hospitality and other domains — the architecture that will let a place know you before you arrive, then forget you on your terms.

It works through ephemeral permissions. You grant a venue temporary access to a specific slice of your intelligence profile. Access expires automatically on a clock you control. Nothing retained. Nothing shared with anyone you didn't authorize.

The result is the kind of service that used to require a long relationship — the cellar master who pours your usual without asking, the maître d' who seats you at your preferred table. ConciergeJive is designed to make that the default for any place that opts into the network.

HospitalityJive — our first B2B rollout — is where ConciergeJive ships first. Coming at launch.

What will ConciergeJive at a hotel look like?+

You book a stay. The hotel will be a participating partner in HospitalityJive (our first B2B rollout of ConciergeJive). You grant 48-hour pre-arrival access.

48 hours before check-in — The hotel's system sees: preferred floor, bed type, view, room temperature, pillow firmness, minibar stocking preferences. Your room is prepared before you arrive.

At check-in — Permission transitions automatically to Active Stay mode. Spa preferences become visible. Wake-up call preferences flow to the front desk.

At checkout + 24 hours — Permission window stays open for lost-item logistics, then revokes entirely.

After — The hotel retains no profile data on you. Nothing to mishandle. Nothing to leak. Nothing to sell. If you stay there again, the same window opens fresh.

You will arrive already known. You will leave nothing behind.

What's the difference between ConciergeJive and HospitalityJive?+

ConciergeJive is the architecture — ephemeral permissions, time-windowed access, sovereign expiration. It's the engine.

HospitalityJive is the first B2B vertical being built on that engine — hotels, restaurants, private clubs, fine-dining venues. It's where the architecture ships first.

The same architecture is designed to extend to MedicalJive (healthcare providers), LegalJive (your attorney), FinanceJive (your wealth advisor), CivicJive (public services), AcademicJive (schools, admissions, alumni), and PropertyJive (real estate). Every domain where being known matters and leaving nothing behind matters more. Hospitality is just where it ships first.

What about CurateJive — is that the same thing?+

No. CurateJive is the human-concierge layer — real people who handle real bookings on your behalf, with Butler context so they know exactly what you want without re-explanation. CurateJive is coming, alongside the Estate Plan for households with assistants and staff. Not yet shipped.

ConciergeJive (the architecture) is being built into the platform now. CurateJive (the human service) is on the horizon.

What is AskJive?+

AskJive is the universal comparison engine — a single tool that compares anything you can put in a list, across any criteria that matter to you.

Up to 10 items at a time. Up to 20 user-customizable variables per comparison. Items can be wines, hotels, properties, vehicles, schools, watches, surgeons, retirement communities, vacation destinations — whatever decision you're working through.

Butler weights the variables based on what already matters to you. So when you're comparing five Burgundies, AskJive doesn't just show side-by-side specs — it prioritizes the producer style and vintage range Butler knows you favor. The decision-support layer that makes all the accumulated intelligence actionable.

Saved comparison templates persist. Iterate the matrix as you learn — add a criterion, drop a choice, refine the question. The template updates in place rather than scattering duplicates across your library.

What is WIND?+

WIND stands for Weather. Intelligence. Navigation. Discovery. It's the reverse travel search inside TravelJive at Tier 3 Meridian — where traditional travel planning starts with a destination, WIND starts with when, weather, and vibe, then surfaces destinations that fit.

Pick a calendar window. Specify the climate you want (warm, moderate, cool; dry or rainy; long days or short). Add a travel mode (adventure, wine country, cultural, beach, ski). WIND returns the destinations that match — ranked by your Butler-confidence preferences, filtered by your passport's visa profile, and scored for novelty so you discover places you haven't been.

WIND also surfaces exclusive access intelligence — upgrade likelihoods, members-only experiences, private invitations that traditional travel sites can't see.

What is StyleJive?+

StyleJive is the curation and pin-board SubJive at Tier 1 — where ShopJive helps you browse and buy, StyleJive helps you save, organize, and find your aesthetic.

Pin items from anywhere across the constellation. Organize them into collections — Summer Wardrobe, Kitchen Renovation, Bordeaux 2027 Trip, anniversary gift ideas, whatever you're working toward. Build mood boards. Drop in inspiration images. Watch Butler learn your style as your saves accumulate.

The intelligence flows both ways. Your pins teach Butler your taste (minimalist, bohemian, traditional, eclectic — your actual aesthetic, not a survey answer). That taste then informs recommendations across every SubJive. Save a Hermès saddle bag in StyleJive; later, when you're shopping for a coat in ShopJive, Butler already knows your luxury palette.

Where conventional pin boards save content and stop, StyleJive saves content and learns from it. Every save makes the entire constellation smarter about who you are and what you want.

What are Jive Circles?+

Jive Circles is the community layer inside LetsJive — small private groups built around shared interest, not popularity.

A circle is whatever context you want to share with specific people: a family planning a wedding, a wine club, a collectors' group, a regional dahlia growers' community, a trip-planning circle for a music festival, a two-person communication thread, an anniversary planning group.

Three states:

Closed circles are invite-only and not discoverable. The admin holds the only door in. Ideal for family groups, private trip planning, intimate shared contexts.

Open circles are discoverable by topic. Anyone can request to join; the admin approves or declines. Good for niche-interest communities — coin collectors, regional gardeners, book groups around a particular author.

Suggested circles are Butler's recommendations based on your interest profile — circles you might love but haven't found yet.

What's deliberately missing: there is no friend graph. No follower counts. No public star counts. No leaderboards. No trending. Stars exist but are private to you — a signal to Butler that this thread is worth more like it, not a popularity contest. Relationships in Jive Circles are scoped to the circle itself, not inventoried across the platform.

This is how human connection actually works — through shared contexts of interest, not through accumulated metrics. Jive Circles is the social fabric of the constellation, built around what you care about, not how many people care about you.

How do I fast-track Jive's learning?+

Butler learns from real signals. The faster you generate real signals, the faster the constellation becomes accurate to who you actually are. Some practical ways to accelerate:

1. Turn on Passive GeoJive even at Tier 1. $5/month banks behavioral and geolocation data quietly while you decide whether to upgrade. The day you do upgrade, your Butler arrives already knowing you. There is no shortcut more powerful than this one — months of compound learning waiting for you on day one.

2. Start with StyleJive. Saves and pins are the fastest aesthetic signal Butler can read. Twenty saves in StyleJive teach Butler more about your taste than twenty survey questions ever could. Save what attracts you; don't curate for an audience.

3. Talk to Butler in full sentences. Voice is richer than typing. Conversation is richer than commands. The more you speak with Butler the way you'd speak with a trusted friend, the more refined the model of you becomes.

4. Use AskJive for real decisions. Compare actual things you're choosing between — five Burgundies you're considering, three hotels you're weighing, two surgeons you're evaluating. Real stakes produce real preference signals. Toy comparisons produce noise.

5. Drop in images. A photo of a room you love, a dish you ordered, a fabric you want — each one teaches Butler something language alone can't reach.

6. Star generously in Jive Circles. Stars are private — no one sees what you starred. They are pure signal to Butler that this content matched something you care about. Use them.

7. Let CellarJive's auto-tasting card capture you in the moment. Walking into a winery, distillery, or craft beer house with GeoJive active means the tasting card pops open with the venue's menu pre-loaded. Rate things at the moment of impression, not from memory weeks later. Real-time signal is the most accurate kind.

The principle: don't try to "set up" your preferences in advance. Live your life in the constellation. Butler learns from the living, not from forms.

Passive GeoJive & the Compounding Magic
What is Passive GeoJive — really?+

Passive GeoJive is the silent intelligence layer that runs in the background even when you're not active in the app. For $5/month on top of free Sovereign Pulse, Butler continues learning from your behavioral and geolocation data privately, into your sovereign profile.

The reason this matters is what happens next.

The day you upgrade from Tier 1 + Passive GeoJive to Rhythm, Meridian, or Aura, your Butler doesn't start from zero. Every winery you stopped at, every neighborhood you kept returning to, every streaming pattern, every dwell-time signal Butler quietly captured — all of it fully populates the constellation on day one of the upgrade.

This is the difference between starting fresh and starting from everything Butler has already learned about you. Passive GeoJive is what banks that knowledge while you decide.

How does CellarJive's auto-tasting card work?+

This is something that has never existed before.

You walk into a winery, a distillery, or a craft beer house. GeoJive detects the venue. Within seconds, your tasting card pops open on your device — already populated with that venue's current tasting menu. You don't search for the producer, type the vintage, or hunt for the bottle name. It's there.

You tap to rate. Add a note. Mark what you'd buy. One tap adds bottles to your cellar. Your impressions feed Butler in real time, and your preferences propagate across the constellation immediately — so the next dinner reservation you make, the next hotel you check into, and the next time AskJive compares anything beverage-related, your refined palate is already there.

This is what we mean when we say life, uninterrupted. The personal sommelier you never had to hire, captured at the moment of tasting, then quietly working for you everywhere else.

Tiers & Pricing
What are the four tiers?+

Sovereign Pulse (free) — discover the constellation, set up your Butler, use ShopJive (the unified shopping intelligence at this tier), try the basics. Add Passive GeoJive for $5/month to bank behavioral data while you decide.

Rhythm — daily intelligence across the everyday SubJives, active Butler memory, full GeoJive.

Meridian — premium voice, deeper Butler context, up to Tier 3 SubJives (CellarJive, DineJive, TravelJive with WIND, and more — the curated middle of the constellation).

Aura — the full constellation including the Tier 4 SubJives reserved for the upper level of lifestyle (JetJive, YachtJive, LegacyJive, and the most discrete service surfaces).

Why is ShopJive on the free tier?+

Because shopping is the easiest entry point to the constellation and one of the richest behavioral signals Butler can learn from. On Sovereign Pulse, ShopJive is the unified shopping intelligence — fashion, jewelry, home, tech, gifts, all in one place. Every save, every dwell, every comparison teaches Butler your taste.

At higher tiers, shopping fans out into specialized SubJives (FashionJive, JewelJive, and others) for users who want deeper category-specific intelligence. But the free-tier ShopJive ensures that everyone — regardless of whether they're paying yet — can keep feeding Butler one continuous signal across all the things they shop for.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my tier?+

Open MyJive Dashboard → the Subscription panel. Pick a different tier; the change applies at your next billing cycle (no proration, no surprises). You can also switch between monthly and annual billing here.

Privacy & Sovereignty
What's the difference between Standard and Maximum Sovereignty?+

You choose at signup. Both modes give you full data privacy and sovereignty — the difference is how recovery works if you lose your password.

Standard (default, best for most users) — if you lose your password, you verify your identity with our team (government ID + brief video confirmation) to regain access. Your data stays sovereign, but a human-verified safety net exists.

Maximum Sovereignty — crypto-grade. We hold no master key. You receive 8 single-use recovery codes you must save. If you lose your password and all 8 codes, your account cannot be recovered. By anyone. Choose this only if you understand the tradeoff.

You can switch modes anytime in Settings.

What if I lose my password?+

If you're on Standard Sovereignty, contact our team. You'll go through identity verification and we'll restore your access. Your data is not compromised — we never see it during recovery.

If you're on Maximum Sovereignty, use one of your 8 recovery codes to reset your password. If you've lost all 8 codes too, the account cannot be recovered.

How is Jive Blocks funded? Are you selling my data?+

Jive Blocks is funded by subscribers and vendor partnerships — never by selling your personal data to advertisers or third parties. Your Butler memory, conversations, preferences, and behavioral signals are yours.

Vendor partnerships (HospitalityJive at launch, with MedicalJive, LegalJive, and the other B2B verticals to follow) license the architecture to qualified providers under strict ephemeral-permission rules. The provider pays. The user controls. The architecture protects.

And coming soon — a feature we're particularly excited about: the data you've spent a lifetime generating, finally paying you back. On your terms. With your permission. Your reward. We'll share more when the option goes live.

Cancellation & Data
What happens if I cancel?+

If you downgrade to Sovereign Pulse + Passive GeoJive ($5/month): Butler stays fully active in the background. Your accumulated intelligence — preferences, memory, circles, history — continues working quietly. This is the preservation path. The moment you upgrade again, everything is right where you left it.

If you cancel entirely (no Passive GeoJive): The active intelligence layer closes — Butler stops learning, real-time features go dark. Your stored data is preserved for 12 months. At month 12, we email you a 30-day deletion warning. If you don't reactivate, your account and data are permanently deleted at the end of that 30-day window.

Reactivating within 12 months restores everything as if you never left.

Can I delete my account?+

Yes, anytime — in Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account. This is irreversible. All your Butler memory, profile data, circles, messages, and accumulated intelligence are permanently removed.

What happens to my username if I delete my account?+

Your username enters a 12-month cooling period after your account is deleted. During that time, no one else can claim it — protecting your identity from impersonation in the wake of departure. After 12 months, it returns to the available pool.

For Partners & Vendors
How do I partner with Jive Blocks?+

Jive Blocks is actively building partnerships with hotels, restaurants, private clubs, and other hospitality venues for the launch of HospitalityJive — our first B2B rollout of ConciergeJive.

If you operate a venue where being known matters and leaving nothing behind matters more, we'd like to talk. The ConciergeJive architecture lets your guests grant you ephemeral, time-windowed access to a curated slice of their intelligence profile — pre-arrival preferences, in-stay context, lost-item logistics — without you ever holding their data after the relationship closes.

The same architecture extends to other domains over time: medical, legal, financial, civic, academic, real estate. If you're building or operating in any of these spaces and want to be part of an early partnership conversation, reach out.

Other Jive Products
What's Jive Connect and how is it different from Jive Blocks?+

Jive Connect is the human-connection vertical — a separate company within BigAppetite Holdings, dedicated to intelligent introductions through three products: DateJive, MateJive, and BeyondJive.

Where traditional dating apps rely on swipes and self-description, Jive Connect uses years of observed lived behavior from your Jive Blocks constellation to reveal genuine compatibility. Introduced, not matched.

Jive Connect launches as a separate subsidiary — coming soon.
